It’s a family affair around here. Spending a day in the warm summer sun picking fresh blueberries will put renewed spring in the step of just about anyone  – at any age. Some of the most devoted local pickers returned this year to pick as a group and later posed for a family portrait in front of their delicious 80 lb. fresh blueberry haul.  We were also pleased to host a day long guided tour for a group of foreign exchange students from South Korea who were sponsored by the international exchange student program at Southwest Community College in Coos Bay.
